The menu includes a wine pairing and so the sommelier poured us all some lovely white wine to start with too so we had plenty of refreshments.
The first starter was a Cured British Isles Salmon & Poached Lobster served with a bright Pea,Edamame,Fresh Horseradish Puree and Sharon Fruit dressing.I loved the zesty sharp kick of the Horseradish Puree and the fruity dressing and it added an interesting flavour to the seafood.
The vegetarian option was the Caramelized grilled figs,清蒸洋蓟，山羊豆腐和芹菜油，很轻，令人耳目一新，令人惊叹。
The Vegetarian option was Baked Cauliflower Cheese with Crispy Kale and Spiced Pine Nuts,and comfort food in every sense.Just delightful.
The star of the show and like art on a plate,was the colourful dessert,which was Local Raspberry Lemon Thyme Mousse,Damson Sorbet & Blueberry Almond Slice.
